Ezgi Sendal is a Turkish ceramic artist living and working in Ankara.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Fine Arts (DFA) in Ceramics at Hacettepe University and continues her artistic practice. Ezgi Sendal centers their practice on the themes of confinement, cyclicity, and existential effort. For the artist, these themes reflect a profound attempt to understand the human condition and to recognize the true value of life’s smallest, often overlooked fragments.

By blending traditional ceramic disciplines with media such as metal, textile and video art, Ezgi Sendal explores the delicate tension between the resilience of the material and human vulnerability. Their work suggests that returning to "point zero" is not a failure but an opportunity to discover the hidden tenderness and meaning within the repetitive cycles of existence. The artist invites the viewer to move beyond the finished object and connect with the authentic human bond that arises from embracing imperfection. Based in Ankara, the artist continues to investigate art not as a final product, but as a continuous practice of self-understanding and becoming.
